1. Services

We provide private ground transportation (airport transfers, city-to-city transfers and cruise-port transfers) and guided excursions in the Dominican Republic. Transfers are private: the vehicle is reserved only for your party.

2. Bookings and confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation by email or WhatsApp. You must provide accurate data: full name, phone/WhatsApp, number of passengers and luggage, pickup address and, for airport pickups, the flight number and arrival time.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars (USD) and, for transfers, per vehicle and per one-way trip. A round trip costs twice the one-way fare.
• Tour prices are per person and may require a minimum number of participants, as stated on each tour.
• Online bookings are paid securely by PayPal or debit/credit card through our payment platform. {{CONFIRMAR: deposit percentage / pay on arrival}}
• Extra stops, waiting time beyond the free period or changes of route may be charged additionally after your approval.

4. Waiting time and flight delays

We monitor flights in real time. At airports we include up to 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time; at hotels or private addresses, 15 minutes. If your flight is delayed, the pickup is adjusted at no extra cost.

5. Changes

Date, time or passenger changes are free if requested at least 24 hours before the service {{CONFIRMAR: 12 or 24 hours}}, subject to vehicle and driver availability.

7. Passenger responsibilities

• Be at the agreed pickup point on time and keep your phone reachable.
• Children must travel with an adult; request child seats when booking.
• Smoking, illegal substances and behaviour that endangers the driver or other passengers are not allowed; the driver may end the service without refund.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and for damage caused to the vehicle.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, roadworks, authorities or other events beyond our control, nor for missed flights or connections when the pickup time requested by the client did not allow enough margin. Our vehicles are insured as required by Dominican law.

9. Tours

Tour itineraries can change for safety or weather reasons. Physical activities (e.g. waterfalls) are done at the participant's own risk following the guide's instructions.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
