Free cancellation (100% refund)

Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time (transfer or tour) and receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Late cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service, or if the passenger does not show up at the agreed place and time (no-show), are non-refundable.

Exceptional cases

In duly justified cases — for example flight cancellations due to weather or airline emergencies — you may request rescheduling at no additional cost.

Changes

Changes of date, time or number of passengers are free when requested at least 24 hours in advance {{CONFIRMAR: 12 or 24 hours}}, subject to availability.

Flight delays

If your flight is delayed, your booking is adjusted automatically at no cost. Free waiting: 60 minutes at airports (from actual landing) and 15 minutes at hotels or addresses.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the booking (card, PayPal or payment gateway) and usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
