Where will the driver meet me at STI?In the arrivals area, right after customs, holding a sign with your name. You will also receive the driver's contact by WhatsApp.
What happens if my flight is delayed?We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup automatically at no extra cost. You get up to 60 minutes of free waiting time from the actual landing time.
How long will the driver wait for me?60 minutes free at the airport (from actual landing) and 15 minutes at hotels or private addresses.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?Transfers are priced per vehicle and per private trip, in US dollars. A round trip costs twice the one-way fare.
Can I cancel my booking?Yes. Cancel at least 24 hours before the service for a 100% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
